Marquihos, a Brazilian Defender, has insisted that he knows alot about the Super Eagles (Nigeria) and Senegal teams, ahead of his side’s international international friendlies against both West African teams.
Brazil will have a match, Senegal on 10th October, while the Super Eagles of Nigeria three days later (13th October), but the Paris Saint-Germain star has pointed out the benefits of beating the Super Eagles and Terenga Lions.
When he was asked to comment on, Nigeria and Senegal, Marquihos told reporters on Monday at a press conference: “I know a lot and know their qualities. Senegal is the runner-up of the Africa Cup, a very intense, difficult team.
“We have to make a big game, impose our rhythm. They are very intense opponents, aggressive, with physical imposition and technical game too.
“We see great players playing in the major European Leagues, many of them in France”.
Both Senegal and Nigeria finished up in the 2nd and 3rd place in the African Cup of Nations played in Egypt.
They are both ranked the the 20th and 34th places in the latest FIFA ranking.
