JAMB suspends NIN for 2020 exams

On Saturday the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB), has suspended the use of NIN for registration of it’s 2020 UTME examination.

This was disclosed by the registrar of the board, Prof. Is-haq Oloyede on Saturday while speaking with newsmen.

According to Oloyede the decision was to give for time to candidates to register for their national identification number (NIN).

He also said that the suspension was to solve the technical challenges which experienced at some centres, adding that the examination body will put in consideration the use of NIMC for 2021 examinations.
